**Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)**

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on the Etoiles et Trésors website (www.etoilesettresors.com) and comply with French law, notably the Consumer Code. By making a purchase on our website, you accept these conditions without reservation.

1. **Purpose**
   These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of Etoiles et Trésors and the customer in the context of the sale of jewelry and accessories conducted through a dropshipping model.

2. **Products**
   The products offered on the site are described with the utmost care. However, the descriptions, characteristics, and photos of the products are provided by our partners, and Etoiles et Trésors cannot be held responsible in case of errors or inaccuracies.

3. **Prices**
   Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are listed separately during the order confirmation. Etoiles et Trésors reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. **Order**
   The customer can place an order directly on the website by selecting the products of their choice. Once the cart is confirmed, the customer must provide delivery and payment information. The order is considered final after full payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent summarizing the order.

5. **Payment**
   Payment is made online via the secure payment methods available on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Full payment is required before the order is shipped. No order will be shipped until payment is completed.

6. **Delivery**
   We are committed to working only with partners who guarantee a delivery time of 5 days maximum, to ensure a fast and satisfying shopping experience. However, Etoiles et Trésors disclaims any responsibility for delivery delays caused by the provider or exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Orders are shipped directly by the suppliers within the dropshipping model to the address provided by the customer during the order.

7. **Right of Withdrawal**
   In accordance with French law, the customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason or incurring penalties.
   To exercise this right, the customer must notify their intention to withdraw by email at contact@etoilesettresors.com.
   The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be made within 14 days after the returned product is received.

8. **Legal Warranty**
   Products sold on Etoiles et Trésors benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L. 217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
   In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer may request a refund or exchange by contacting customer service at contact@etoilesettresors.com.

9. **Liability**
   Etoiles et Trésors disclaims all liability in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to a force majeure event (strikes, weather, etc.) or any cause attributable to the customer (e.g., error in the information provided when placing the order).

10. **Personal Data Protection**
    Information collected during the order process is necessary for managing purchases and product shipments. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. The customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting contact@etoilesettresors.com.

11. **Applicable Law and Disputes**
    These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
